Amazing Life Stories of Daniel #part2 - Rio De Janeiro

I promised that I would share my friend’s (Daniel) inspiring stories! And here we are :D

Randomly, these are the stories that he ever told me:

1.      Once Daniel went to Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) to attend Rio 20+ conference. After all tiring activities, he searched free concert in city center which is usually performed on the weekend. He found it and took a sit in the crowd. He opened his laptop and while he was enjoying the music, a guy visited his table and wanted to join with him. Daniel pleased him to take a sit together.  Then, after a lil bit introduction between them, the guy asked Daniel to go a pub (street pub with him). Daniel agreed because he also wanted to visit street pubs which are notorious in Rio. In order to avoid burglary in the crowd while they might have been drunk in the pub, Daniel and his new friend visited his new friend’s apartment near the concert venue and dropped his laptop there. In the apartment, his friend told Daniel to “Put your everything off!”

Well, what would be on your mind if someone stated that statement to you when you are in same little room, only both of you? Geezz.. you might think that you should take off your clothes :p. Daniel thought that so, he thought that the guy was a gay who trapped him and desired about him. LOL. Well, in fact, the guy reminded Daniel to put “his everything off” in order to save him. In other words, he should take his wallet, watch and everything he had on body so that they would be safe from thieves.

And the story goes… they arrived in the street pub where along the street were full of clubs and everyone could dance and do everything in the middle of the street. You could imagine it. Shortly, Daniel and his friend got drunk and really drunk. Finally, they wanted go back home by bus. Do you know what happened? They didn’t bring cash money or even coins to pay transport fee. the bus officer angried to them and debated along the journey (already in the morning tho). Daniel cannot speak  portuguese, and even Daniel's friend can speak a lil bit of  portuguese, he couldn't speak clearly while drunk. Then, the bus officer kicked them outof the bus, they turned from the bus and noticed that they did not pay even a peso for the transport! also fortunately, they had been kicked off in a place near the apartment. what a weird relief, hahaha...

Daniel and his friend separated, then Daniel continued his journey. a lil bit more conscious, he walked along the beach and met a mature woman who was crying in front of seashore. her daughter begged that woman to stop crying. when she was crying, daniel passed her by and the woman called Daniel "Lukas... Lukas!", then the woman got closer to Daniel, gazing at his eyes and staring at his round face.. still mentioned "Lukas"... the daughter seemed remind her mother (in   portuguese) that Daniel was not his son who already passed away. Daniel a lil bit uncomfortable but he tried to cheer that woman up. After the woman stopped crying, Daniel continued his journey and back to his apartment.

Well, at the first I didn't really believe what Daniel had experienced because it was just like a drama hahaha.. I'm curious whether the story of woman was real or only imagination since Daniel still drunk that morning, lol. 

The amazing part of this story maybe: God works in a mysterious way??  no.. whatever conclusion you want to decided aja lah yaah wkwkwk
